FEDPONAS Post-UTME: screening closed in July

One note on the name first, because it costs people search results: it’s FEDPONAS, not FEPONAS. The misspelling circulates widely, and searching it turns up a thinner and less reliable set of pages than the correct name does.

This page is shorter than the ones we’ve written for other schools, and that isn’t an oversight. There’s very little about FEDPONAS this session that we could establish well enough to publish, and padding it out until it looked complete would be the dishonest option.

Why there’s no cutoff on this page

One figure exists in circulation. It comes from a single source and it sits well below every other school we’ve looked at this session. A number only one place reports, which doesn’t fit the pattern around it, is one to be suspicious of rather than to reprint.

If it’s wrong and we published it, you’d either write off a polytechnic you could have got into, or count on a threshold that was never real. We’d rather confirm it properly for your case. Same with whether screening was physical or online, which we also couldn’t establish.

Missed the July window?

FEDPONAS closed in July, but as of 9 September 2026 other institutions were still screening, and polytechnic admission in particular often has more movement late in a cycle than candidates expect.
