How we help
We’re honest about two things. First, official fees, JAMB’s, WAEC’s, your school’s, always go to them, not to us. You’ll always see our fee separately, before you pay anything. Second, we can’t promise you admission, and we won’t pretend to have access to anything outside the official JAMB and school portals. What we can promise is that we’ll tell you the truth about where you stand, even when the answer is ‘we need to wait and see,’ and we’ll help you get every official step right the first time.

Where the 2026/2027 admission process has got to, as far as we know. We check this by hand, so it is a snapshot rather than a live feed. If something here looks like it affects you, message us and we’ll tell you what it means for your case.
Old pending offers are purged on September 30
If you have an admission offer from 2021 through now that you never accepted or rejected, JAMB clears it permanently on September 30, 2026. This is a different deadline from NSUK’s screening close or the age-16 rule, even though they land on the same date. If you have an old, unresolved offer, message us before the 30th.

Direct Entry candidates now on CAPS
JAMB has published Direct Entry candidates’ data on CAPS. If you applied through Direct Entry, your school can now screen your details, and you can track your status on CAPS the same way UTME candidates do.

Admission lists are coming out, school by school
Several universities have released 2026/2027 admission lists, including for Law, Medicine, Nursing and Accounting, with more courses and schools being added as the process continues. If your course has not come out yet, that does not mean anything has gone wrong. It is still going in batches.

Some schools have started screening newly admitted students
Physical and online screening exercises are already running at several institutions, and the schedules differ by school. Check what your specific school has said rather than assuming a general date applies to you.

Not every school shows your offer on their own portal
Some schools only ever publish admission offers on JAMB CAPS, never on their own website. If you cannot find anything on your school’s portal, CAPS may be the only place your offer will ever appear. Check there directly.

Admission has a real deadline this year
Public universities have to finish 2026/2027 admissions by 31 October, private universities by 30 November, and other institutions by 31 December. Schools that miss their date lose access to CAPS.

You get four weeks to accept or reject an offer
Once an offer shows up on CAPS, JAMB gives you a four-week window to accept or reject it. Missing that window can cost you the offer, so check CAPS often enough that you don’t find out late.

Underage candidates are still being checked
JAMB says the admission process for exceptionally young candidates isn’t finished yet. They’re waiting on things like NECO result verification before any final decision. Silence isn’t a refusal.

Forgot your JAMB password? You can recover it yourself
If you’re locked out of e-Facility or CAPS, you don’t need to wait for anyone. Reset by email if you still have your registered Gmail, or by SMS (send "password youremail@example.com" to 55019 or 66019, ₦100 charge) if you still have your registered SIM. Both only work with the exact email and phone number you registered with.

Check CAPS yourself, don’t wait to be told
Your admission status can change without warning, and nobody will call you. The safest habit is checking your own CAPS status regularly rather than assuming silence means nothing has happened.

Your information
When you message us, we ask for your JAMB year, your school and course, and sometimes a screenshot. We ask because we can’t work out what’s happening without them. Whatever you send goes to Sagetech on WhatsApp and nowhere else, and only we see it. This website itself keeps nothing: no accounts, no forms, no tracking, so nothing you send is stored here.

Questions
A few things people usually want to know before they message us.
- What does "Not Admitted" mean on JAMB CAPS?
- Don’t panic. It does not always mean you were rejected, and it does not always mean you should just wait. It can mean your school has not released a list yet, your O’Level result has not been uploaded, your subjects do not match the course, or the course is genuinely full. Those need different responses, so the first job is working out which one you are looking at. You may also see Proposed, Recommended or Admission in Progress. Those are different stages from Not Admitted, and they don’t all mean the same thing, so if you see one and aren’t sure where it leaves you, message us before you accept, reject or pay anything.
- How do I upload my O’Level result?
- As of JAMB’s latest update, O’Level upload can now be done virtually, but only for WAEC results. NECO and NABTEB are not yet supported for virtual upload; if that’s you, message us and we’ll tell you the current process. We complete the WAEC upload directly on your JAMB profile. JAMB’s own verification fee (₦4,000) is paid on their portal, not to us. We’ll confirm the exact amount before anything happens.
- Who gets the official fees, Sagetech or JAMB and the school?
- They do, in full. JAMB, WAEC, NECO and the institutions get their own fees, paid on their own portals. Sagetech’s service fee is separate and is the only part we keep. You see both amounts before you send any money.
- I forgot my JAMB e-Facility password. How do I get it back?
- You can recover it yourself two ways. If you still have access to the Gmail you registered with, go to efacility.jamb.gov.ng, click "Forgot Password," and JAMB will email you a new one. If you don’t have that Gmail but still have your registered SIM, send "password youremail@example.com" to 55019 or 66019 from that SIM. JAMB charges ₦100 for the SMS method, so keep at least that much airtime. It has to be the exact email and the exact SIM you registered with, or it won’t go through. Not sure which applies to you? - Do you guarantee admission?
- No. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something they do not have. We help you complete the official steps correctly and on time. Admission is decided by JAMB and the institution.
